GRE Vocab Building
Hi Everyone-
I know a lot has been said about the vocab on the GRE but I have this question. If you are willing to spend a few months to build your vocab whats the best place to study from? I have already done the Princeton Word Smart and the Kaplan list and am working on Barrons. There are still words that aren't in these lists that seem to appear on the practice tests. What is the MOST COMPREHENSIVE list out there for the GRE? In an act of desperation I have started learning the dictionary (picking words out that could appear on the test) but it's a very slow, tedious and frustrating process. Anyone else out there in my boat? |

Re: GRE Vocab Building
I think we are all in the same boat to some extent. There is probably no source which can cover all the possible words which can appear in the gre. So I think the best way would be to pool in whatever we know. Dmitts' thread for the unknown words is a very good idea.
