ncy111: What do you think about TIME magazine. It is freely accessible online and so is "the Hindu". I read two articles a day from TIME magazine and one editorial from "the Hindu". Are these enough to equip me with strong verbal skills?

GRE Vocabulary

Good Vocabulary is a MUST for a high Verbal score.

Considering that GRE Math is relatively easy, considering that a perfect 800 score only means a measly 94
percentile, it is the Verbal score that separates the Winners from the also rans.

A good vocabulary is inextricably linked to a good memory. To have a deep and wide vocabulary, a student
needs a very good memory.

So how do GRE Winners go about developing a good memory?

Please read on.. I have been using books from the site my-gre. It's excellent

Keep sharing!!
