Well, being that I'm taking the test in one week and can't download until 30 days, by the time this list will be available to me it will be long past its usefulness.

To the moderator/administrator of the board, I'm sure you have your reasoning and it doesn't matter to you whether users come back or not, but please understand that many of us find the board less than 30 days before the test. Being locked out of some of the most useful features of the site until a point that they are of no use doesn't exactly give one motivation to come back and contribute after our test is over.
