I've (ridiculously) adopted the sticky note/flash card strategy. I have so many words all over my office/bedroom/kitchen table etc. its nauseating.

From my personal experience, going beyond 3500 BARRON'S word list is a mistake. I gave my GRE Last month and there was hardly a word or two that I didn't learn in the BARRON'S. SO don't waste your time with that Ivy League 5000 word list or this 10,000 word list. Practice more on RCs and SCc. Best of luck.
