I clicked on V. difficult to get the hardest words...and not sure if there's any difference between difficult and V. difficult options.

I think the words here are as tough or tougher than what "GRE words" usually are...however, giving a synonym is easier than giving the antonym, especially when test makers can give you murky choices requiring that one find a best possible answer. Here, it was all nicely straight forward.

All these words are from Barron's ,however it would be tricker in the test since they don't give you such direct questions

The verbal section is far much tougher than the quantitative, but thru forums like this one I believe we can pick ideas of how best to improve our scores. For instance, I was not aware of Barrons but this morning I got a copy from a friend. I first learnt of Barrons through this forum. Please I kindly request anybody familiar with the book to let me know the best way of using it.
