yea i guess if you get a few mistakes in level 5 difficulty questions it still will be fine. The 4 mistakes I had gotten for quant were all level 5 questions. But if you get all correct but a level 4 question wrong i'm not sure if marks will be deducted...

Thanks econsgirl for uploading the whole diagnosis report. Mine is on 17th aug. For vocabulary I have finished Barrons 3500 and the words from bigbook those appeared more than one in bigbook. Is my pile of words enough?? or should I go for Nova lists now?? My target is 600+ in verbal.

I think my experience might be different from yours. But for me, I only studied Barrons word list from big book. That was enough for me to score full marks in sentence completion. As you could tell from the score report, my mistakes were in antonyms. There were a couple of words which appeard on the actual test that I've never seen in Barrons before. Also, studying the word list didn't really help me for reading comprehension. I guess you also got to practise your speed reading + analysis skills. I spent too much time on reading comprehension.

I did the test in Barron's CD. My score range was about 750-800 for Q and 550-740 for V. When I did powerprep my score range was about 760-800 for Q (can't remember my verbal). my score range for verbal was definitely wider

Great score, Econsgirl! and thanks for uploading your diagnostic report.

It's a great relief to see that you can go wrong in first few questions and still make it to 800 in Quant. For me, if someone says 'You HAVE to get first few questions right', that puts immense mental burden. lol. I just can't perform well in such conditions. I will do pretty well in absence of this condition, even if they put all questions on their max difficulty. Hell. I think ETS should tell us something better about their algorithms.
