hi guys i've registered to give my GRE on oct 28th .... is this too late for applying for Aug 2010 or will i be snubbed of scholarships ??????

No, you can catch up with schools that have Dec 1st as deadline.

No problem with taking it in October. Some students, who have deadlines in the beginning of January are taking it even in the end of November.
