@Nibevah
I shall admire your speed at memorizing words ... I used to do half a list per day (I work). However, I shall warn you, that you may encounter many non-Barron's words at the test so don't freak out ![]() Good Luck Everybody! |

This is the common problem in learning the words.. Don't be panic because of that. There is a solution to get rid of this.
You should remember words not one-by-one, but by their groups.. Word groups are the easiest way to learn many words in once and they are really memorized for long term. Don't cram each and every word, instead try learning it words with their groups.. Example:

1. While reading mark the words & word meanings you hadn't heard before. 2. try to memorize these words 1-2 list at a time then move on. 3. come back later to the previous lists and test yourself on the new words again, if u dont get it double mark it. 4. Make flash cards out of the double marked words, or write them down in a book u can carry around. 5. keep revising. Suggestion - dont try to memorize the whole book at a time. divide it into sections and make it iterative. for eg you can follow an order like: wordlist 1&2, wordlist 3&4, revise wordlist 1&2, memorise 5&6 revise 3&4 revise 1&2 memorise 7&8 get the drift? so by the end u will be pretty confident about the initial wordlist and thy head won't feel like it is going to spill ![]() |

Sorry I guess the above image did not work.
I have attached an image which shows how the word groups can be useful in memorizing words in bulk.
