"Practicing to Take the Gre General Test" Book

So I have done a couple practice tests in the "Practicing to Take the Gre General Test" Book by ETS and getting about 760-780 on Math and 550-570 on verbal. Is this indicative of how I would perform on the real GRE CAT? Also, I am shooting for 800 Math and 550+ Verbal, roughly how many questions can I get wrong on each section to get the targeted scores? I know the questions on CAT are adaptive, but by rough estimate/guesstimate, how many questions can I get wrong? Thanks!
