1440 (770Q, 670V) AWA ...still waiting

Hello friends,
So I finished my GRE last week (Oct 28). I scored 770Q and 670V. Hope to receive my official score soon. Some background about me - I graduated from US institution with 3.94/4.0 GPA... I'm an international student and a new member to this forum, but I frequently visited the GRE forum for tips/information/advice about the actual test/prep/etc.
Although I'm a little disappointed with my score, it could have been worse, so I decided to keep it. I'm especially frustrated with my verbal as I studied a long time for it, yet at times felt perplexed by the questions I was seeing.
The quantitative section was more tricky than overly difficult. I tried to use some of the tricks suggested in Barron's.
The writing sections weren't overly difficult. I used an outline/brainstorming method at the beginning, which could be a help for others -just my .
For prep, I was blessed because my local library was fully stocked with numerous editions and copies of GRE prep materials. I had full access to Kaplan Study books, as well as the Verbal workbooks. Additionally, Barron's 17th edition was helpful, as was the Barron's Essential word for GRE.
Overall - don't defeat yourself and don't get too frustrated. Prepare well and try to have several ways of finding answers rather than one favorite method.
I'd be happy to offer more ideas/suggestions that I found helpful, if anyone so wishes or any questions arise.
Finally, if anyone could offer any suggestions for my outlooks for Masters/PhD programs in the Social Sciences...My gpa was 3.94/4.0. I was a full scholarship NCAA Division 1 athlete, and I received the highest distinction in the Social Sciences department at my institution. I have 4 really strong recommenders and a good Statement of Purpose. Do I have any chance at Ivy League schools? I've also applied to some mid-level schools as well. Any and all feedback is welcome. THANKS and GOOD LUCK to all.

GO CHELSEA!!!
