I have had a real problem with my GRE score reports. At the end of my general and psychology exam, I asked ETS to submit my scores to 5 universities (free of charge, as you might know), with their code numbers for both the universities and departments (psychology, obviously). After a few month from my last exam, I've learned from one of the universities that my GRE general scores are missing and that my application file for graduate school cannot be processed until they don't have these scores. I was very surprised and worried.
I called all 5 universities and all of them confirmed me that my GRE scores are missing, and not only them, but Toefl scores too. Again, surprise and disconfort. I had to call ETS 4-5 times, to send them e-mails and finally, one "sweet" lady (none of the customer service representatives were in fact sweet) said that she would re-send my scores again, without any fee. The problem was that they missplaced the department codes and God knows where my scores had gone.
Now, a week after the problem seemed to be fixed, I receive a "confirmation" that my GRE general scores were send to ... one university (out of five)! And the same mistake: the department code is incorrect! Uf, this is a real pain in the ***! What do I have to do with those people? I am really desperate, because if they would ask me to pay again for extra-reports, I'll have to pay a total of 200$. I don't want to give them this money because it's not my fault and they weren't able to do their jobs! I need your advise. What did you do (if you were in the same situations)? Please, help me, I don't know what to do anymore.
