Hi,
First off I'd like to say that this forum is giving me inspiration. I see the scores on here and it keeps me motivated to keep going Ok, I have a few simple questions about the test: 1. Is it true that the score you got on your SAT indicates the general range in the score you will get on your gre? For example, if you got a 700V and 650Q on the SAT general test, then you would score around that range for your GRE? I am just wondering because I have heard about this before and it can give a rough estimate of where you lie. 2. I took doing the free sample test on the www.gre.org website, the general test in pdf format underneath the POWERPREP link. They provide an answer key, but are there are explanations for the answers given? I could not find them in the pdf file and wondering if they are offered anywhere? Thank you. |

1. It's true if you don't study and you have learned nothing new during 4 years of university. :P
2. No explanations. There are some prep books that have explanations in their tests. You can check my links for a couple of references. |
