great site....
Heu Guys
I was researching on finding some tests from the big book on the net, and hit upon a great resource which i would like to share with you.
Now i dont have the gre big book, so PLEASE anyone of you who does , pleasse confirm for the sake of the rest of us whether these are really test papers from the big bookSo this is the site
http://my.dreamwiz.com/kwon2100/files/pds/
these are pdf files named gre 10.1 to gre 10.9, each test has 6 sections 2 each of math, verbal and old syllabus analytical.
The answer keys are there in a seperate pdf document named gre10answers.pdf
Now here is the catch. You will not be able to view the answer key doc and some other tests properly if you d not have the latest version of acrobat reader and the korean language font pack.
So i have done the homework for you guys on that too.
Download first the latest version of acrobat reader from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html (if you have acrobat reader version 4.0 or above you can omit this step)
then download the korean font pack
http://www.adobe.com/products/acroba...nfontpack.html
and lo and behold , now you have almost 20 test papers from the big book for free.
I have only 1 week left for my gre, so even though this discovery is a little late for my preparation, it will atleast help some of you who have more time left to prepare.
First, as a businessperson with a fairly high profile in the test prep world, I need to be somewhat careful about copyright issues; you know that I cannot condone any copyright infringements.
That said, I took a quick look at one of the tests, and while I cannot say for sure that it is an official test (Big Book tests are numbered 1 to 27), it does look to be of good quality.
Why don't you work through some of the problems, post here any questions you might have, and we can then evaluate the quality of the materials?

Thanks Erin.
It's just that , this is my last week of preparation and iam kind of flustered . If these tests are not the Big BooK tests then I might as well work on some other reading material or revise the baron's and kaplan tests i have already done.
Anyway, thanks for the information, i think i will just work through these tests and at the same time revise some other material.
Since you feel the tests are of good quality , it might not hurt to do them anyway. Thanks again for your input.
In your last week of prep, avoid non-official materials at all costs. Trust me.
I'll try to take a closer look for you, okay?

Well, here's what I did--I looked at Section 1 of one of the tests and compared it to the 9th edition of the GRE book and the Big Book. No matches, at least with their Section 1 and the Section 1's that I have.
That's about all I can say about that...
