If they aren't assigning the homework that's referred to in your syllabus, complain -- the homework is what's really going to make a difference in your end result. Good for you for doing it anyway, but if your instructor isn't following the syllabus, PR should know so they can correct the problem -- and you can get the most out of the class.

You're so right! For the astronomical amount you're paying, you want great scores in return. Of course, this depends on your effort, but it should be complemented by what you're paying for!

I'd say she assigns us 1/4th of the work on the syllabus.
