I have to tell you the truth that with these practice scores, scoring 1250+ on the real test is unlikely. Even with your best scores of 420v and 740q, you would just have 1160. I tell you this so you won't be overly nervous and disappointed.

Since your verbal score is in the 380-420 range, I would suggest that you practice, practice, and practice for a few hours a day, set a schedule and make sure it's free of interruptions so you can focus well. You quant score varies greatly so I'm thinking that luck and nervousness may be big factors for you, so I would suggest looking through tips and strategies and stop studying the day before and just relax and allow yourself to do your best. Good luck!

Do you have an opportunity to take it at a later date?

hey, I remember you from another post. You were scoring much better on other sample tests. What happened? Examine how you got 580Q, was it just getting used to the CAT test? It's much easier to improve Quant than Verbal in a short time.

Also, I remember you were memorizing a lot of vocabs, examine why you are getting 380V. Find out your weakest areas and attack them, good luck!

quick question

when you do PP and Pp2....you can retake them...will they be same questions?

I downloaded the software. Are they the same questions on your second try or how does that work?

also do you recommend to study the test 1 before test 2?

PP will not throw same questions if you give diff answers to the same questions. I mean to say as it is an adaptive test the next Qs will depend upon the answers you give for previous Qs.

PP scores generally are very close to actual GRE scores.

all the best

shubha_03 's dreams are becoming reality.
Review the q's. Take the test again after sometime instead of doing it immediately. That way you can try to get the max out of PPs. Learn the strategies once you find out where you are going wrong. Good luck

review the questions that you missed so that you will learn from your mistakes. if you don't review the questions that you've missed, you're just wasting time.
