Problem in ETS sending score ples advise me

hi

i wrote me gre on dec 14th and am trying for phd in molecularbiology, the university am trying deadlines are jan 15th, i send my gre score after my exam to the univeristy department which listed in ets "Cell and molecularbiology" but now i got information through professor of the university that there is no department like that instead it is "Molecularbilogy and Molecular genetics" now am in big dillemma. b'coz the score is reported with in 17days from my exam that is jan first week, but the dept is wrong. How can i rectify this problem??



i have to contact prometric ??? or i have to send my score again to correct depat??

Exactly how many days they will take to send my score??
am tillnow i not recevied any marks card of GRE? how can i send that? pls help me out.
