I just wanna know what are the different between these two tests, I mean the level of difficulties..

I took an official GMAT and practice GREs...GMAT math is definitely harder, while GRE verbal sucks because of the vocab. If you actually have a choice of which test to take, I'd go with where your strengths lie. If you don't know, take a practice test for each -- there are free ones for both on review.com, and also of course on the official sites (www.mba.com and www.gre.org).
