advice needed..

Hi friends,,
After taking my GRE twice, I'm realizing that I'm extremely "average."
I"m not a native English speaker, but that is not a good excuse since I went to college in America.
My first attempt: V=310 M=700
second attempt: V=400 M=640
I was very distraught after the second time, since my practice test scores were at least 100-200pts higher, especially math.
I'm applying for MPH, and they say the minimum is 1000.
I'm not sure if I should repeat the test or not at this point...what if I don't improve much on the third time? that would look really bad.
oh, the real GRE was so much harder than the practice exam!

you need to improve your verbal score.If you are gonna retake the test,leave atleast 2months for preparation.Complete all the wordlists from Barrons and revise them as many times as you can.The practice tests in BigBook are helpful for Verbal section.For Quant,Nova and Barrons are enough.
After that,Do more practice tests and dont forget to manage time.

Try to take full-length tests when you practice, lack of stamina can also be an issue.
