Is november 1st week is late?

Hi,

I want to book a test date GRE in couple of days and I plan to apply for Fall'08. Is November 1st week is bit late for that? I am not getting any dates in October apart than 1st week which might be a little early for my preparation.

I plan to apply for MS in CS and also plan to apply for financial aids.

Hi anindya,
you can book the datein Nov coz for most of the universities Jan15th is the last date for submitting the applications for Fall.I think that is ample time.

Hi Priyankam,

I am from India and my friends suggested me that 1st week of november is somewhat late as top universities deadline is DEC 15 or 31. And also particularly if you need to apply for funding you need to send your scores to the universities before DEC 15. Are you from India. Do you know more details regarding this.

If you want to book in a specific date and if you didnt find a date i will give you a hint to book it. visit ets.org daily more than 10 times and check for the date you requested for. Testing center will have a capacity of 20 members per session and 2 sessions per day (sometimes 3 session) in peak time like october. And if a member is cancelling or reschedule the test you will be able to book in that day. Suppose if an agent thought that the preparation what he has done is not enough, he will reschedule the exam. So definetly you will find a day, if you visit the website daily.
