Rapidshare.com is not illegal. Along with megauploads.com, it is one of the web's premeire file uploading sites.

I am even using it to allow people to download the GRE High Frequency Word Audio files I recorded myself.

Well, if it has copyrighted materials like official GRE stuff, Kaplan, Princeton Review, etc., then it would be illegal. Does it only have stuff you create yourself?
