Baakh just joined TestMagic.
VISA STATUS
I am a student at a Public High School in Virginia, my visa status is B-1 but the people I am living with have my legal custoday and they are my legal guardians, but the school cant issue me an I-20 since its a public school, but they said i was eligible to go to the school since the county residents have my legal custody but I am still looking into changing my visa status, Will my visa application for change be considered since I dont have an I-20?
