Many high schools in the US are actually public. We do have private schools that might offer scholarships but that would have to be entered and processed through the government first. Are you in the us?

Well then you might have to start looking into student visas before you can think about high schools here in the US. Sorry

Applying for a student visa can be a lengthy process. Check our visa forum for information.

Go to states on a visit visa and then hire a lawyer to change it to student visa...should not take more than 2 months this way

My brother and cousins have used this method

I should also point out that it's very rare to find scholarships for people coming from outside of the US. However, it's possible that the high school itself will have some sort of scholarship available.
