hei guys,por favor, el seņor help me with the following listening problems

1.there is a pattern of MCQ questions(eg,cambridge-4,test-2,sec-2)where the
questions are very lengthy and descriptive while the options are too.It seems very tough for me to answer those questions while listening.So what should I do in that case? First listen the whole part,then answer?or any tricks?

2.there are few questions that have 6-7 options and we r asked to circle two or three of them.It also getting tough for me to answer those while listening.There is very little time to read all those options before listening.So whats thy view?
