Do you read a lot? Do you practice? Your writing in your message is quite poor - you don't use the basic punctuation rules (e.g. capitalization). Also, your sentence structure and grammar are quite poor. If this was your second result, then you need to do some heavy-duty practice! Use BBC's Learning English website daily. Listen to English tv and radio (online if you want) as much as possible. Read articles in English from news and opinion websites or magazines. There's no short cut.

I am an IELTS teacher, and give complete, professional feedback on IELTS essays - in all four criteria: Task Achievement, Coherence and Cohesion, Lexical Resource, Grammar Range & Accuracy. I charge $10 per essay. Satisfaction guaranteed. I also conduct online speaking practice tests and give feedback. Send me a message if you're interested.
