listening part in the real ielts exam!!!

hello everybody,
I will take the exam next week. (general training)
I want to ask you a very important question.
Do we listen by a headset or from a tape only??
It makes me depressed as I can only understand what I hear by wearing headset. I am sure I will do poorly if I listen from a tape.

I think you should ask this to your local British Council it could change place to place.
