Hi LoveMom

The exam really is a big deal, so you need to lots and lots of research and even more PRACTICE! I recommend you find all the information you can online - these kinds of forums are very helpful.

The IELTS test is held on paper - not computer.

You can find official information on the official IELTS website.

You can find some really good practice materials on the British Council website. I can't post links here, but just do a Google search for 'British Council IELTS Preparation'. Since the British Council is one of the developers of IELTS, their resources are good to use!

Check your local library for IELTS books and CDs. You need to do lots and lots of practice. Read read read - this will help you, because the reading portion of the test is very hard because of time. So work on your reading speed.

You can do it, with lots of practice!

Good luck!!
