A. Research is a method of trying to dig out and search in-depth on any topic. It’s an essential or vital part of any seminar, paper presentation, assignment and so on. Without doing research one can't answer all the questions that a particular topic might infer to. For example, once I did a seminar on 'About project development cycle in IT'. I did gather information about the various models and their implications. While I gave the presentation there were questions about the quality processes followed in a project, delivery modes etc. Since i did do any research on the topic I couldn't reply to these questions. That is when I realized that research forms an ideal part for any assignments. The following is a report that details a few suggestions and places to find useful information for course tutors. For a course tutor, the content of the course and how it’s delivered makes all the difference. First of all, the tutor must have a fair idea about the content of the course. The level of detail the course should cover and the target audience. Finally time allocated for the course. There a list of places that can help out course tutors, namely, old books that have similar content. Some research articles published on the topic, one can find these details in a library. There are thousands of materials that can be fetched from internet. To conclude places where course tutors can get information are old books, research articles and internet.
