I'm going to take IELTS this Nov 13 and the score I need to get scholarship should be at least 7.0 or above

Actually, I've never taken any IELTS before, but the TOEFL test (some days ago) and the expected mark should be over 600. As I only have 2 weeks left, could you advice me some effective study strategies, good books, study times or anything that I should do to achieve that goal. I'd like to note that I'm not good at writing so I intend to study writing everyday from now to the exam date. Is this good?
