Begin your letter as follows: Dear……………………… A family member is coming to stay with you. He/she will be arriving by train in the morning, but you won’t be home until the evening. Write a letter to your relative. In your letter: explain arrangements you have made for them to have keys and get into the house tell your relative how to get from the train station to your house say when you will be home and suggest what you could do together that evening Dear Omar, I was overwhelmingly happy to hear that you are coming home tomorrow morning. Unfortunately, i will be leaving today to attend my friend's marriage ceremony and will come by tomorrow evening. However, i will leave the keys under door mate and you will get them easily and enter into the house without any difficulty. As i heard, you are coming by train and will probably reach at 8 am. I suggest you should come by a bus as it is economical and the stop, where you will leave the bus, is nearer to my house. It will hardly take 15 minutes to take you from train station to home. You should take some good rest after you reach home. I shall be at home in the evenings. We will go to eat pizza at river side and watch a movie later at night.
