Re: Speaking
First section:
Prepare to speak about your work place, job, education, home, family, country (climate, population, religion, natural beauty, industry etc.) that is sufficient to answers 3-5 questions. Second section: Prepare by asking questions about some events, for example, if there is a social gathering at your college - how much does it cost? when and where is the function? who can attend? transportation? etc. etc. You will be given a cue card about what to ask. Just exaggerate the points for 1-2 minutes. Section 3: Prepare about extension of questions in the secion 2. IELTS is a very systematic test. If you have normal fluency, do not make many gramatical errors and keep the interview lively, scoring 7 is not a big deal.

Facts: Be sure to pass all sections of TOEFL iBT (R21, L18, S26*,W24) before applying for FPGEE. Thousands of candidates passed FPGEE but could not achieve TOEFL requirement after several attempts. Percent passing rate on the speaking section is only 10 percent. (http://www.ets.org/Media/Tests/TOEFL...mmary_2008.pdf, page 5) The average score on the speaking section of the US candidates is 22 and candidates from English speaking countries is 23 (http://www.ets.org/Media/Tests/TOEFL...mmary_2008.pdf, p. 9-10.)
