So far I know if you get at least 25 aggregate score, you get 6.5

Suppose you got
Listening 6.5
Reading 5.5
Writing 6.0
Speaking 7.0

It is 6.5+5.5+6.0+7.0=25/4=6.25

Any figure at X.25 gets rounded to X.5
Any figure at X.75 gets rounded to Y.0

So, 25/4 = 6.25 => 6.5 is equal to 26.5/4 = 6.625 =>6.5

I got this information from one IELTS preparation book, which was applied to at least two of the test takers I know. One got 25 and got 6.5, ohter had 26.5 and still got 6.5
