hello,
i am a nurse from india.i wrote toefl(cbt) last sep. and i had got a score of 207(first attempt) after that i took tse and i had got a score of 40.now i wrote tse again.i need a score of 50.if i didn't get that score should i have try tse or ielts ? i am confused, please give your valuable advise.

I am also registered nurse but from France.
Don't waste your time to take the TSE exam.I tried desperately to pass the TSE 3 times and I obtain 45 grade 2 times and finally ,I 've just decided to work on IELTS .I really considered that I lost my time so don't do the samething.Passing the TOEFL was a good training for IELTS,it is not waste of time!

Hi: I'm a Rn too, and took TSE 3 times, got 45 on 2 of them ,now I'm waiting for my last results. I was wondering how is it different. I mean, the first part of IELTS, isn't it more difficult than TOEFL? I've read IELTS' booklet, and I can't imagine how is this test. Are you required to answer the Q while the tape is still speaking, how is it? I'm concerned, because I took TOEFL twice, got a 620, but I'm afraid not to understand how IELTS' mechanism is. Thank you.
