reading is difficult

Hi!
I couldn't get good score of TSE(I tried 5th times), so I am challenging to take IELTS soon.
Now I found out that reading section of IELTS is not easy than TOEFL.( I expected so) It is more difficult than I expected. I thought passages might be difficult to understand.Basicly I can undrstand passage, but my answer of practice test is often wrong. I thought I have an average skill of summarising of sentense, however my answre was not correct compered to answer key of a book.What is wrong with me? I had 57 on reading section of TOEFL (pencil version). I have problem with summary questions and ture or false questions. Anyone has advise or comments? Thank you.
