Hello =)
Hello everyone.
I had lurked this forum for awhile before signing up and posting, but have been studying for the GRE for about 2.5 months now. I write it in a few days and I think I am more excited to write it than I am nervous (I have never studied for a test for an excessive amount of time like this). I currently study in Canada (MSc), but am contemplating studying in America for a PhD. The plan of action is to apply by the end of this calendar year for a PhD program in Geology to commence in September 2010. My areas of specialization are volcanology and mineral exploration (I enjoy monitoring volcanoes, and finding the mineral deposits that now-extinct / non-existent volcanoes deposited). I have already started interacting with some of you in the Math section of this forum (quant>>>>>>verbal), and look forward to meeting the rest of you. Best regards, Paul |
