Ph.D in Finance Canada

Hi, do you know of any institution in Canada that considers relevant experience ( 15 - 20 yrs) in lieu of GMAT for Ph.d in finance or institution without GMAT as requirement ?

What is "relevant" experience? Research directly leading to publications in refereed journals?

Finance is also the most competitive field for admissions in business for PhD study, and they use GMAT the most out of all the other business disciplines.
