Hello,

I intend to apply for a PhD in Management program in the USA. I will of course apply to a couple of Universities but i will also include some of the top ones such as UCLA (just in case..you never know, do you). I am sitting the TOEFL exam in early July and so far my score -in the all the simulated tests i have taken- ranges from 100 to 110 (sometimes 104 or so). The GMAT will hopefully go as well , as some 690-700 at least points.

The problem has to do with my Bachelor's Degree. Although I already have an MSc in Management with a grade 7,6/10 my bachelor's degree grade (BA Economics) is 6,64/10. Plus I did not finish on time, as i was working. As a matter of fact instead of a four-year-span of stydying which is the usual, i needed 8 years in order to finish my undergraduate studies.

Does anybody happen to know whether this is a serious drawback? Should i bother wasting time and money sending some applications to some unis UCLA-type, or my application is condemned a priori and I should only try to Universities that are not topped on the list?
