Hi everyone,

I was really excited to find this forum. I discovered these kinds of forums in general when I bought my new car last year but to think the same basic forum idea could apply to TEST PREP! Awesome idea, Erin and Test Magic.

I have over six years in test prep with Kaplan and have served as their premier SAT instructor in southern California for the last several years. In addition, I have come to know Princeton Review quite closely, as well as surprisingly successful Asian chains like Elite, ACI Institute, and Alpha Academy. In my spare time, I frequent bookstores to peruse materials such as Barrons, Petersons, Gruber, Up Your Score, etc. My background is in cognitive psychology (remember, the testmaker is a team of cognitive psychologists) and neuroscience (brain biology).

In response to what the existing companies can not or will not provide, I have recently started Odyssey Test Prep Think SAT.

Once again, thanks to Erin and Test Magic for offering this venue, and I look forward to learning and contributing in this forum.

I`m afraid i didn`t quite understand you , you`ve started , you`ve started making it (mean creating this kind of matherial ) or there is such a book as Barron`s , Kaplan etc

Mike, I've started my own test prep company specializing in SAT. We're called Odyssey Test Prep Think SAT.
