@kirankuchi - I don't know the source of the SETS - but these are some docs (.doc or .pdf) available online free. You can search for GMAT SETS on esnsips..com, if you're interested.

Nope! 1000 series docs are different.

SETS are the documents in the test format i.e., 37 Quant & 41 Verbal questions in each SET. And as far as I know, there are 30 such SETS (numbered 1 through 30).
