    770 (q49 V47)

just took the gmat on wednesday,
got Q49 and V47, was surprised my math wasnt a 50, but also surprised my verbal was above 44, but it's cool

prep: decided to apply to business school a week before wednesday, signed up for the test a week ago, got a kaplan book, studied the math content for about an hr, and reviewed the grammar for another hour, took 2 kaplan practice tests and the 2 mba.com gmat tests within the week

applying to md/mba programs, does anyone have any info about applying to these?

also, i know i made a good score, but i heard they pay close attention to the Q score, would it hurt that my Q wasnt 50-52? or is 49 high enough, sorry dont know much about the test

    wow great work!
it's possible you wont score 770+ again, it's not worth 1 point in quant.

    Wow...

It's amazing what you accomplished. You must be a genius. (I know that I don't belong to that group, but it's OK for me to study longer to get a competitive score)

Awesome, will you share your study plan? Thank you.

    Congratulations!

    hey thanks
sorry but all i did for studying was what i said in my original post, so there really isnt much more i can say about that, just a few hrs over grammar and the basic math from the kaplan book, 2 kaplan tests and the 2 tests from mba.com, i tried to take the tests at the same time of my test, 10 am, i didnt write the essays except for the last two of them cuz that woulda been soo boring to do every single time

so debreif? is that about the test day? i can write about that more in detail later, im visiting duke for alum weekend! so gtg
