Hi All,
In all my mock test my quant goes like 46+ but by verbal touches 20's only . Please advice how to proceed , I have gone thru OG11 ,kaplan ,now going McHill SC . I generally correct 50% correct of 41 question correct in mock . I Need to raise it to 40 to get min 700 score. Pls advice. |

Crack_the_nut!
You are in good hands. You found what you need to strength. That's the first step to jump 700+ hurdle, isn't it? I see your verbal has room to improve. Crack SC first. Have you consider reviewing Manhattan's SC? there are notes in SC section circling around among members. You can download them. Move on to critical reasoning. Powerscore's critical reasoning bible. I think this is the best guidebook for critical reasoning(at least for me) but many forum participants consider this book a bible for critical reasoning. there is a softcopy as well. you can download it. reading comprehension. This is the divider between 700+ and & 700-. reading comprehension needs speed, accuracy, and calmness. I am sure you will kill it. many reading comprehension questions from the previous OG10 and 11. Go further to LSAT reading comprehension. I haven't read LSAT reading comprehension yet. Crack the nut, man!!! |

Hi, I am sailing in the same boat. Quant is settled in mid 40s and verbal fluctuates between 20 to 25. Tried doing Manhattan Sc again, so Sc is slightly better but reading comprehension and critical reasoning needs to be practiced a lot, i guess !!!!
Wish you all , the very best!! ![]() |

@ crack the nut.
I think Manhattan reading comprehension and powerscore critical reasoning bible are pretty good. Though bible seems to be taking a lot of time but i guess it's worth it. Needless to say but a lot of questions need to be practiced to get the hang of techniques. I am following the same. Hope this helps!! Wish you good luck.. |
