Hi Guys,,,,

Just took my GMAT,a couple of hours back...
Dont really know,,,,what have i done....
I was so confident and was expecting atleast 720....around 18th question i got a bold face..which was very simple...i had read somewhere that a bold face around that time frame indicates a good going.
Dont know....what went wrong.................

Dear KrazyGMAT,

I am so sorry to hear what happened. Hey, cheer up!
GMAT is a component to jump through to get a letter of admission from business school. It has nothing to do with you.

Get some rest watching movies and workout for a few days. Go back to the fundamentals to review and to drill.

It is not over until you say so. OK? You are bigger than GMAT!!!
I can help you with SC sections. Let me know what you have reviewed, how you attached, and what areas you feel uncomfortable with.

I will do my best to answer them. Chin up!

Thanks Mitzi,

But unfortunately i dont know what went wrong...In my tests even in kaplan
i never scored below 650...anyway,i feel it was just not my date,,,,PURE HARD LUCK,,,i feel i saw some option and marked some,,,,dnt know...No lessons to share dude...But for sure,will take help from u, friend!

Cheer up dude. There's always a 2nd chance. Look at the +ve side. U got a perfect score in Q. That's pretty hard to see. So thy quant is perfect. All u need to do is brush up thy verbals and try again.
BTW what's the secret behind that quant score? Please share with us mortals

First of all - wow! a 51 in Quant.

But verbal sucked. I agree with you, it sometime is just not your day. You are not able to focus and your mind is not able to take the right answer out of the wrong one. As rightly pointed out by Mitzi don't let GMAT get bigger than life. You put in a hard and a sincere effort. Take a deserved break for a week or so and then take your GMAT take 2 date.

We all know you did your best and will continue to do so... such is life...

Trust me guys i just dont have anything to say right now...I feel like last 2 months that iv spent on the whole thing have fetched nothing,,,Maths score is great but wats the point,,,i mean a 20? on verbal is a desaster.i had never thought that i most humbly and respectfully would score sooooo less,,,i was doing pretty well...

all i can say for maths is just the fundamentals need to b clear, and its just thy day,,,wats written for u,,,,maths is very close to GMATprep...almost the same level...yea verbal is more difficult than GMAT prep...But i dint feel i was NOt able to crack it,,,anyway,,,gimme tips guys how do i improve?

Your Quant score is excellent! Its hard to digest a V20 in verbal unless something wrong has happened. And since , according to you, everything was going fine .. it seems very awkward.

Hey Krazygmat,

Cheer up ya! As you put it correctly, there are bad days. But then there are good days also !! I don't know if you're planning a retake, but if you do am sure you can reach your dream score.

What about your GMAT prep scores? Can they be of any help to you, to gauge which section of verbal needs a brush up. An yes ,you have an awesome quant score. 51 is actually rare!So it's a matter of working for another 10-15 points for verbal.
