Slick,

It seems like you are the one whining and moaning and hemming and hawwing. If I scored good on the GMAT, as you have and was satisfied with my score like I am pretty sure you have stated, I wouldn't be hanging around this site. No offense, to anyone here but I would have no reason to come here. Maybe, you have a reason that I am unaware of. Do you come to offer advice or to find the chance to ridicule others in a passive aggressive manner? When I read your response to stormgals comment about 2 first year MBA students that finished in the 99th percentile, your response seemed like you were taking the analysis of an argument portion of the MBA. Storm has a right to her opinions and feelings without you criticizing her. I picture you as being a conceited, big mouthed person in real life. Or you just might have a big mouth on the computer may be because your actually a coward in real life confrontations. Who knows just my 3 cents.

StormGal - GMAT is not a measure of our worth as human beings. That said, achieving at least a 720 on my second attempt has become an obsession with me. It's just about all I think about. I don't know why this is so because it seems silly to me that I have become obsessed with this goal. I'm pathetic in quant (Q34 41% first attempt) however; I recognize that GMAT quant is simple and I must just learn the question pattern types. My problem is that I am a talker not a doer. If something doesn't come easy for me I talk/write about it and then give up. I'm actually studying on the GMAT now. I've talked about it for a couple of years!:>) The bright side for me is verbal (V42 96% first attempt). Manhattan SC was crucial for me. Verbal critical reasoning and reading comprehension are a natural for me. I seem to be able to get the correct answer most of the time without thinking about it too much.

StormGal - You and I need to start an obsessed GMAtters club! :>)
