Power1
Completed the test yesterday in London: Q 44 V31, 610 Thanks a lot to those of you who have contributed to this site and those in sentence correction.com. Both are absolute life-saver. My practice tests results: GMAC 1- Q40 V30, 590 800-GMAT2- Q35 V27, 590 GMAC 2- Q 34 V32, 600 GMAC 3- Q34 V27, 570 GMAC 4- Q34 V 29, 580 Kaplan 1- Q39 V36, 610 Kaplan 2- Q33 V33, 540 Kaplan 3- Q37 V33, 580 Kaplan 4- Q31 V22, 510 Kaplan 5- Q35 V31, 560 800- GMAT3- V27 800-GMAT1- V36 Cambridge Ed- 5 tests, scores of between 640-710 My preparation tools, in order of importance, high-low (comments) -Kaplan with CD (the most complete prep tool, spend inordinate amount time on the CD, user friendly learning) -OG (critical, review all wrong answers two weeks before test) -GMAC Paper Tests ( good indication of the level of test difficulty) -Testmagic + sentence correction.com ( life-saver, learn impt techniques and skills + prep strategy). -Spidey notes on Verbal section ( see above, my verbal would hv been worst off without it) -Kaplan 800 ( good CR and DS techniques and practice) -Cambridge Ed ( good test simulation and post test analysis- but poor reflection of the test level difficulty- confidence booster though). -800-GMAT (Q is poor- too easy; V is OK) -Mahattan Prep Class and Test and Practice Material (spent £400 on the class, poor value for money, materials contains tough questions but has no explanation). Hope this helps... Anybody who wants to reuse the above material can e-mail me at tanf1@hotmail.co.uk.

Mercedes2004
Hi Power1, I was about to apply to Sloan Fellowship of LBS too, and ask if my profile (GMAT = 620) was appropiate for their program, and they answered positively. So, your GMAT should be OK for that program also Regards, Mercedes. I am applying to: Sloan Fellowship, London Business School (Average 650) Imperial College London (Average 600)
