go to 4gmat.com and download their number properties ebook.

before you download read their instructions. the ebook cannot be printed, cannot be copied, etc.

u can ofcourse do alt+printscreen to save each page!

do that and also review questions on testmagic in DS.

    Bungholio,

do you have an suggestions for me regarding DS? I am an engineer and still have problems with DS. I've tried OG10 and OG11, but whenever I get a DS with variables ie. x and y, a and b, inequilities, absolute value, I get overwhelmed? I will look at 4gmat.com.

    Thanks,

    Reverse engineer the solution.

for the DS problems, see how the answer was derived and that will help u to understand the thought process involved.

Many problems in TM have brilliant explainations provided members. That will help u a lot.

Go into the TM archive and on each page you will see about 250 problems. You can quickly scan the pages for specific sub-types of DS and review the way it was solved.

In ineq ques , always put values esp 1 , 0 and -1 . The basic rule is that inequality behaves differentl for +ve and - ve numbers.
