regarding GMATprep, Clintonn has posted quite a lot of GMATprep questions in his post. Please have a look at those docs..
Initially I took 2 full length GMATprep tests but once u reinstall them, the questions get repeated and might not give you the exact score. So I used to take section tests. Regarding RCs, dont let looong confusing RCs bother u a lot, especially ones in Kaplan etc. GMAT RCs are easy. they are relatively shorter ( One one had a scroll bar). So practice RCs and ensure that u have a fair idea about it. I used to read the first paragraph twice so that I would get a clear picture of what the reading comprehension has in store. This strategy works well as long as u manage your time well. Normally people spend 2 mins reading the reading comprehension and the rest of it in questions. However my approach was to spend more time going thru it( apprx 3 mins) and then go thru the questions. However its upto u to manage thy time as long as u undertand the reading comprehension well. Dont skip through paragraphs thinking that that they are irrevelant. Scan thru the whole of the reading comprehension and better have a good idea abt the passage before u attack the questions. Regarding CRs. I think tetsmagic gave me a real good practice of the CRs. Go through the CRs in OG and make sure u go through the explanations of the ones u get wrong. The ones having figures are fairly easy and if u practice a few, u will get a good hold of CRs. SCs..Go though all questions in OG and make sure u read the explanation even if u get the answer right, u will end up learning a LOT of things. I made a few notes of SC basics and some good math questions I came across during my preparation. i shall upload these files soon. More to follow... get back to me for queries ![]() cheers, tweets |

Regarding what material I used for CRs and RCs..
I did Kaplan 800, OG 11 ( a must) PR and rigorously followed Testmagic critical reasoning and SC posts( they really helped) the tests i took : PR, GMATprep, pprep,800score and kaplan Aimhighest : regarding the comparison b/w GMATprep and GMAT : Here is what i feel : A) GMAtprep gives u almost a real GMAt experience in the sense that the UI looks exactly the same in GMATland..so i would suggest take atleast 2 GMATpreps under the same test conditions before your GMAT B) The questions in Quant are quite similar. The inequality questions and the word problems are similar in difficulty levels. They test the same basics so if you are thorough withas many GMAtprep questions as u can be, you will be able to handle GMAt questions with ease. i would highly recommend exhausting all GMATprep questions. C) the Scs and CRs cannnot really be compared but RCs are similar. Tweets |
