I have taken 6 Manhattan GMAT test and one Gmat prep. I believe math on the Manhattan GMAT is tough. However it is not unnecessarily tough. Meaning ... the level of toughness is slightly higher, the quantity of tough q's is quite more

But Manhattan GMAT SC guide from Amazon ($20) and at the last page you will get the serial number. SC guide is excellent. The exams are also excellent to practice. I'll say its worth buying. However if you want to buy only the tests through internet, it will cost $39( I guess).
