660 (q44, V35)
Hi ShakeVT,
Sorry about that. Here's a breakdown of my score: Quantitative - 44/73% Verbal - 35/76% AWA - 6/95% These are my official scores after preparing for the GMAT in relatively a month's time. I've always thought my quantitative would do better than verbal, so this really came a surprise for me. |

I only had OG (all three) to practise. I found it to be pretty OK, in the sense that for every 40 questions, I normally score around 88-90+%. I'm weak in verbal and did pretty badly during practice. Nevertheless, during the actual GMAT, i felt that the quantitative was pretty all right for the first 10. After that, I got stuck more often and wasted some time tackling more questions. I think I even had to quick-guess one or two of them.
Other than that, I didn't have any other reference materials and I did it all in about a month's time. Pretty rushed, I'll admit, but thought that it was pretty all right, given that work is going to be hectic for the whole of this year and I took the GMAT during one of the less-demanding periods. |
