Wait for your score report....Hope it would throw more light on what happened.....but I don't think there is any explanation.

Most of the antonyms were familiar ... analogies were all new, I haven't seen any of the questions before.

Well, it's either I messed the whole 28 questions so I got this score, or the ETS scored the wrong section

Hm... I think there can be only four explanations to what happened.

1. The program scored third section, which, according to you, was "experimental", but it wasn't. If you were randomly guessing on all questions there, then score 210 looks absolutely valid. At the same time, it is first time I hear that experimental quantitative section is explicitly disclosed!! I know, that it might happen with experimental AWA section, but neither with Verbal nor Quants. Does anyone have the same experience having disclosed experimental quants?? Sorry for asking that, but Ruby, are you sure you understood it correctly?

2. The program scored experimental section accidentally. In this case, you should contact ETS and explain the situation!

3. There was another software mistake, which resulted in wrong calculation. In this case you should contact ETS and explain the situation!

4. Luma didn't realize that she has done all problems wrong. But, knowing Luma's potential in solving math problems, I don't even consider this case!! It must be something else.

P.S. Ruby, I think you should definitely find out what happened!
P.P.S. Feedback, available on the ETS website, should also be helpful in figuring out what happened.

No worries, the score must be a mistake. When I wanted to skip the quantitative section in PP, I guessed randomly and still had a higher score than 210. To get a 210, you would have to find the right answer and deliberately choose another one.

Good luck with ETS though... I don't want to be the harbinger of bad news, so lets hope they're reasonable and fair. We all know 210 isn't a your legitimate score.

210 cant be the level of yours. it should be above 700 as for as my knowledge goes.

something was amiss here.

An announced experimental math or verbal section is possible. I can at least verify that the announced verbal is possible. Hopefully Luma read everything correctly, but what could she read incorrectly? If it's not experimental, there wouldn't be any preceding screen other than the directions...?

Also, I recall a few other members reporting an announced experimental section with some award to the top scorers.
