as i'm a medical graduate(mbbs) hence would be more than happy to discuss regarding the universities for suitable phd programs .r2kins u can help me too

finding some connectivity problems (internet) might be this post be duplicated. well i'll be writing usmle too but to easen up the visa (f1 far more easier than b1 /b2) i'm into gre. moreover a degree in US can enhance my chances of getting into a residency program later on,
i'll love to have details abt u too (if u don mind it)

Glad I could be of some help to you. Sorry about this delay in replying. I was agonising over the shortlisting process, transcripts, SOP and the whole rigmarole! ..and it is not over yet. With deadlines fast approaching, I've plenty of reasons to lose sleep over.

I'm specifically interested in Cancer Epi with an emphasis on cancers with an aggressive metastatic component, eg: Breast, Lung etc Though it may seem easy, it is very hard to find the right university which would have just the right faculty willing to fund you with the right plan of research. I will post again as soon as my listing reaches a stable stage. Right now, I'm doing a collossal amount of browsing every day and realising that I'm not ending up any better than the previous day. This is rather unsettling.

Coming to TestMagic, however, has been a respite.

Meanwhile don't hesistate to post all your queries here. You can be sure that I'll come back and answer them to the best of my knowledge.

I simply have to thank you Jacob! Feel guilty at not having done it before. I read your GRE thread and I felt it helped me a *lot* on the real test, especially the part about tackling quants on time and finishing the section, no matter what!

I even remembered the advice you gave in the exam center!
