Hi TMians,
My GRE was a complete disaster.I used to get around 570-600 in verbal and 770-800 in quantitative in powerprep and equivalent scores on the kaplan software.I answered GRE on 11th Jan and my scores turned out to be V-480 and Q-710. [V]TOEFL score 273.[^]

The experimental section I got was quantitative , but both the quanti sections were so weird...I still cannot tell which was pretest!!

Though I have not been posting on the forum I did read a lot of essays and arguments and that really helped me get an insight as to what the AWA is all about.

I would personally like to congratulate Erin coz YOU ARE SIMPLY DOING A FANTASTIC JOB!!

I can understand how u must be feeling. Anyways which all universitites are you planning to apply... and where in the bay area are you residing. Myself, i am in fremont, CA.

I am giving a shot at the CSUs for MS Computer Sci.cumulative GPA 3.62 and Major GPA around 3.8.

Quantitative has always been my strong point and this score came as a setback to me! Was not expecting to do too good in verbal but these verbal scores are not anywhere around what I used to get on practice tests.

Anyone has any idea if I stand a chance at MS comp sci?
